    • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee - We want you to be thrilled with our products, but we're here to help if you need to return. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any opened appliance unit. Accessories are non-refundable.
    • Amberlex Valid Purchases Only - We only accept returns of appliance units purchased directly from Parts & accessories sales are final and ineligible for returns. For Hurom products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.


    How to Return an Item

    • Return Authorization - Please contact our Customer Care Team. Have your original order number on hand so we can retrieve your order details. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid return label if you reside in the contiguous 48 states.
    • Original Packaging -  Item must be returned in its original shipment packaging and include all accessories and documents.
    • Return Label - Please affix the new return label on top of the original shipping label. Be sure to write your RA number on the label for faster processing.
    • Commercial Restocking Fee - Opened commercial-grade items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
    • International Support - If you purchased from Ambewrlex but you are residing outside the contiguous US, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to our service center, located in Ohio.
    • Unauthorized Returns -  Amberlex will not accept returns without an RA number and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Hurom is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process.


    • Return Approval Process - Once your return is received, our Customer Care Team will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund.
    • Processing Refunds - A credit will be applied to your original payment method immediately upon approval. Please contact your payment method provider for any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.
